Through our PMA, we provide services, education, events, and opportunities that are not open to the general public, but are available to individuals who choose to join our private association by voluntary contract.

🧾 BBCC Private Membership Association — Member Acknowledgment and Consent Welcome to the BBCC Private Membership Association (PMA). Before you continue, please read this summary of the terms you are agreeing to. By checking the box below, you acknowledge and agree that: Private Membership Status You are voluntarily joining BBCC, a Private Ministerial Association, formed under the right of private contract and association. All participation, purchases, and activities occur within the private domain, not the public. 1.Membership Agreement Your membership is created when you accept these terms. There is no monetary cost to join, but participation in any project (clubs, shares, resorts, etc.) requires agreement to this PMA. You may withdraw your membership at any time. 2.RUNES and Shares Certain BBCC projects use RUNES, blockchain-based digital tokens that represent ownership or participation in specific clubs, resorts, or other projects. These tokens are for member use and project participation only — they are not investment products or securities. 3.Value and Transfer RUNES may be sold or transferred between members or through approved member-only platforms such as UNISAT.io. The Association does not guarantee profit or future value. Any change in price results only from member-to-member negotiation or natural market activity. 4.Funds and Purpose Funds from share or RUNE purchases are used solely for the development and operation of the club, resort, or project they represent. Money is not pooled for speculative investment. 5.Clubs and Benefits Owning a share does not automatically include club membership. Separate membership fees may apply for access to club facilities, events, or benefits. 6.Regulatory Compliance BBCC operates as a private association, not a public company, broker, or investment firm. The Association follows the principles of private domain operation and complies with applicable exemptions under U.S. and international law. If any project is found to require licensing or registration, BBCC will adjust operations accordingly. 7.Jurisdiction and Banking The Association’s financial and banking activities are conducted under the laws of El Salvador, in compliance with its financial regulations. 8.Acknowledgment of Risk You understand that participation in any BBCC project involves personal choice and private contractual responsibility. You agree to hold BBCC and its Trustees harmless from any regulatory or financial claims arising from your voluntary participation.
